| Afton Warrick (holding her son) designed the 2012 Balloon Quilt for NMQA. They sell tickets for a chance to win this quilt and the winner is chosen on the last day of the annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, which is held every October in Balloon Fiesta Park, starting the first weekend in October. |
